Will beat buy give me another iPhone 5?

I don't know if this is true but I bought my iphone 5 at bestbuy 5 months ago. The power button is so loose that when I try opening or closing the phone it won't work as a normal iphone will. And recently, my iphone dropped from my coffee table and te inner screen cracked. The out side screen is fine and all the screen touching works, but the inner screen is cracked. So I was wondering, if the iPhone has 1 year warranty, and can replace a iPhone if something isn't working for example the power, will best buy replace the phone even though there's a crack in the inner screen and the power bottom is loose?

No, they will blame the damage as the cause for the power button no functioning as you have absolutely zero documented proof that the accident occurred after the button broke. You're out of luck, and looking at a $300 repair.

the reason for the warranty is because people tend to drop and break phones. But i assume you payed a one time bill to have insurance. They will replace it if you break, lose, or etc.
