Will buy it now items restock after time ends?

I found a trusted ebay seller (who is Registered as a business seller) and i will be buying off them hopefully in for months, it is a buy it now item but when I check the link using my laptop it does not have a time limit but looking at it using my iPod it ends in 16 days, Do products restock after the time ends?

I can't order it now, i will get it on April for my 15th birthday

According to the fine print at the bottom it is a used phone. There's no knowing what the company would have available in April.
