Wouldn't turning off iPhone while charging shorten battery life? They say the iPhone has a battery life of 400 full charge cycles before it starts its decline. Ok here is the thing… A lot of talk on how to save battery life on the iPhone by charging habits such as turning the phone off while charging, airplane mode while charging, turn off Wi-Fi bluetooth etc… But if the phone charges faster… Wouldn't that increase the amount of full charge/discharge cycles and there for decreasing the life of the battery?
Will over charging my iPhone 4S so damage to my battery life span? I usually charge it when I go to sleep 930pm till around 6am when I wake up, and I understand it only takes 2hrs to charge the battery. Will this do damage to my battery lifespan? I know it has happened to my other phones I had in the past (androids) and I don't want that to happen to this one.
