Will i be able to get the iPhone 5S?

First, lets get something straight. I know it is not available for pre-orders and you have to buy it on launch date. The 5C however is available for pre-ordering. Please first, if you have an answer any different then what i think, let me know! I think that it is a precaution because last year apple ran out of 5's in september on launch day/week in many locations, and they would like it if all customers were in store to purchase it instead of at home.

NEXT- I have t-mobile. I have an iphone 5 now but still owe 400 for a galaxy s4 i financed with them. I'm planning on selling my iphone and paying off the total 400 and paying the 99 down payment for the iPhone 5S. My question is, for t-mobile customers, or any for that matter, have you ever been to your CARRIERS store (not apple) on the launch day of the iPhone 5 or any other iphone and had to camp out? I have school friday so i can't camp but if the stores are not busy later in the day i really want to go down to my t-mobile in providence place mall and get the phone. Should i have a problem? To be honest. You will probably have a hard time getting it on launch date if you don't camp out. History shows that iPhones sell out when they are released. Your best bet is to get it online. I know you can't pre-order it but depending on where you live (Time Zone) you might be able to get up early enough before school and buy one. Also, as long as you take care of your previous balance from your S4, you should be fine.
