Will I lose my data if I update to 7.0?
Hi, I have an iPhone 4 and have wanted to update my phone to ios7 for a while now but I can't back up my data because of many issues, I have tried everything and it won't work. Everyone I have asked has told me to just do it but my photos are very important to me and I don't want my phone to be wiped. Should I update or not?
Before suggesting alternate methods to back up I seriously mean it when I say I have tried everything haha!

If your updating from the iphone itself and jailbroken your will get bricked and then you gotta do a full restore (lose all data). What i would tell you to do is try it on a different PC. If that didn't work download a program called iexplorer on PC. Access your phone files through it. Open it and connect your device. There will be photos and video tab, click on it and will show the media you got in there. Now just select all files (ctrl + A) and drag and drop to a folder on desktop. Thats it really. I lost my phone so as a replacement i got my Dads old phone which is fine but he wants the notes from his old iPhone.anyway i know how to do it using mobile me but the problem is it's an incredibly outdated iphone and doesn't have the option it would have if i updated it. So if i was to update the phone would i lose my notes?
- Will I lose my jailbreak and how come I can't update to ios 6? My iPhone 4 is factory unlocked and it's jailbroken. I tried to update to ios 6 but it pops up saying error occur and it pops up to click close or settings. It didn't say anything about what's the error. So it won't let me complete the update.
- Will a software update cause me to lose everything? In the settings on my iphone it says that there's a software update. I have no idea how icloud works so none of my apps or anything are on my computer. If i click "install update" on my phone, will everything be wiped from my phone? It is an iphone 4s.
- Mobile data update failed on iPhone8 how to fix this? I tried plugging it into computer to update etc & it didn't work either? I can't call anyone/receive calls or use my mobile data or text anyone from my phone until I get this issue sorted anyone know how to?
