Will I lose weight with My Fitness Pal and alcohol?

I've been using the My Fitness Pal app on my iPhone recently. And starting I weighed 140 lbs. My goal is to weight 115. So it's allowed me 1,380 calories a day. But I've only been using half those calories on food. Which is healthy food. Nuts, berries, fruit, veggies. And a coffee every morning. But I've been using my left over calories on white wine. Will i still lose weight this way. I had about 800 calories to use today on wine so i'm going to town. I'm taking daily vitamins to get all my nutrition. But will i still lose weight drinking this much?

Absolutely not. Alcohol dehydrates entire body. 1st thing when it comes to weight loss is to drink A LOT of water to stay hydrated. When your body is dehydrated the mechanism of losing fat stops. And then you gain fat cause body wants to store as much water he needs to survive, you know.
So i prefer you a good diet, exercise and drink a lot of water for like 2.5-3 lites a day and in time your body will thank you for your kindness to look after him.
