Jailbreaking alone doesn't unlock your phones carrier, you will have to install an unlocking tweak from Cydia such as Ultrasn0w.

Stuck on lockscreen after jailbreaking with Pangu? I jailbroke it yesterday morning and when i try to unlock (i have no passcode) i can see my home screen wallpaper but no apps or anything. Then after a few seconds it reboots and the cycle continues. I have an iPhone 4. Please Help! I've also done the light and earphone trick, but nothing works!
Pangu says already jailbroken? I downloaded Pangu and had Cydia on my iPhone but I deleted it. I want to re download it but whenever I try to jailbreak with Pangu, it says iphone already jailbreak. How can I fix this?!
