Will jailbreaking your iPhone 5 harm phone?

If I were to jailbreak my iPhone five will all my apps still work, will my internet work, will
my facetime/camera work, will my calls/text work? Like pretty much will jailbreaking my iPhone 5 effect or harm it anyway? Or could I still use it like the regular iPhone that's not jailbroken?

It should not break anything. Sometimes new jailbreaks are buggy and need some updates to alleviate the issues. That's just a risk to take with jailbreaking iPhones and rooting Androids.

If you come across any problems it is real easy to fix. You just restore your phone and it returns to factory settings. I wouldn't even worry about the warranty void considering once you restore it and you wanna take it in for service, they likely do not go so far in depth to detect signs of jailbreak that aren't obvious on the surface.
