Sink with your iTunes account and save the apps there, then if they do delete you can just reinstall them without paying anything extra

Will everything get deleted if I change my SIM card on my iPhone 5? I just a got a new iPhone but they gave me a temporary SIM until my new one comes. If I put in all my contacts, photos, download apps, and sync music, will it all disappear when I get my new SIM card or is everything saved to the phone?
