Will my data (messages/photos) on Whatsapp be deleted from my Iphone if I reset it?
Okay so I'm trying to get rid of "other" memory usage on my Iphone 5s IOS8.0, and I'm planning on resetting it, then restore it. But I'm wondering if I will be able to get all my conversation back on Whatsapp. Will I?
Try running the app on another iPhone if you have one and seeing if they show up your conversations from the other phone. If it does then yes, the data will be available after you reset your device. I would assume Whatsapp does store the data on the cloud so it should be safe to reset/restore your device to iOS 8.

Should just restore it since it would also reset it. Resetting & then restoring is almost effectively doing that twice.
WhatsApp has a backup feature so you should be able to get it back if need be.
Yes resetting/restoring the phone will erase all the content, oh but "Other" will never entirely go away.
