Will my T-Mobile iPhone 5 work in Spain?

I'm traveling to Spain next month and will more than likely be bringing along my iPhone 5 for the trip for use as a camera/iPod/etc. And was wondering if it would be possible to use it for texts, calls, and data as well? If so would this cost extra, or would there be a way to get it for free?

Yes it will

It will work but ONLY if you get International calling on your phone otherwise you will have a phone bill in the thousands when you return home from all the roaming since your phone is using a United States Number…

So I suggest you call T-Mobile and talk to them to be 100% sure and not to base it on what people on here say. Especially for those who have never traveled outside of the Americas with their American Phone.

Even going to the Cuba who is only 90 miles from the US You'll still need International Calling
