Will sprint replace my iphone 5c?

Okay so I have the iphone 5c and there's dents and scratches in every corner of the phone I think it is really ugly and my sister told me that they will not replace my phone but yet she had her phone replaced 3 times already so if they don't replace it is there something I can use to repair the dents and scratches please help the phone is only 4 months old.

They will not replace your phone. Even if they did replace your phone, you would have to pay a fee to get a replacement phone. All replacement phones are refurbished and are not brand new. So it is better to keep the phone you have because at least you know what you have done to your phone.

You can get it replaced IF you have TEP (phone insurance). If you purchased Applecare for the phone, they are also able to fix/repair certain types of damage. Either way, you'll have to pay a claim deductible. $79 for Applecare, or $150 for TEP.

If your sister got her phone replaced 3 times, she either paid a deductible each time, or the problems were manufacturer-related issues (not physical/water damage) and were covered for free by her phone insurance.

Phone cases are dirt-cheap on Amazon and eBay. Consider getting one.
