Will Strava iPhone app work on t-mobile 2g/edge?
Right now t-mobile only offers 2g/EDGE data speeds for unlocked iPhones brought to them. Is that fast enough to use the cycling app Strava?
I'm not 100% sure but am fairly certain that the Strava App works off the GPS sginal and not the mobile network. - As long as your phone has GPS there's no reason it will not work.
You should note however that phone gps is not as good as a bespoke devices so if you want best quality data you should think about investing in a Garmin or similar.
- Same network, Iphone 5 only receiving Edge service, Iphone 4 receiveing 3g service? Running IOS 6.1.2 on Iphone 5, 6.1 on Iphone 4 Both on O2 Can't get 3g service on iphone 5. Iphone 4 can and they are both in the same room, any ideas why?
- Is their anyway to change the edge to edge screen configuration on the iPhone XS? I hate the edge to edge miss the earlier models? The iPhone XS is a better phone but I much prefer the iPhone 8 and earlier model design. Wish their was a way to make the screen on it smaller or less long. Like how the other ones have he home button with the black bar on the bottom and top not full screen.
- Is 3G the same price as Edge on an iPhone? I pay for unlimited internet & data, so I turned on Cellular data. Right now, my phone has an "E" (edge) in the corner instead of 3G. I was wondering if i turned 3G on, would it be the same price as my E or will it cost money
- IPhone on tmobile edge or 3G? I'm getting a factory unlocked iPhone and wanted to know If I can still stream, download apps, etc. On the iPhone when I'm off Wi-Fi? Also does the iPhone get 3G or edge? And does edge add to my bill?
