No. Assuming iOS 7.1.2 is the last iOS update before iOS 8 is released the iPhone 4 is on its last update.

My iphone software update isn't showing ios8? My iphone software update hasn't yet asked me and also does not show iOS 8 in the settings? Soloutions?

I'm trying to get the ios8 but i forgot to backup my phone before i did it plus i didn't know and now that i'm trying to back it up on iTunes or on icloud it won't let me and i can't turn on my phone, what do i do? It keeps telling me i need to restore it but i don't want to do that, i don't want to lose any of my pictures! what would you do in you were in my situation
