Will the new iOS 7 for Apple phones be available on the iPhone 4S?
I'm considering getting the iPhone 4S… Does anyone know if the new iOS 7 by Apple will be compatible with it]? And also, when is it going to be released?

It should be, but if its not compatible with 4s they will probably develop an OS update that will mimic iOS7
It doesn't come out until the fall, but you can get it right away if you register your device's UDID on a site like http://www.instantudid.com/.It's $5, and then you can install the beta before everyone else. I got it running on my 4S already.
