Will they replace my iPhone 5? - 1
I have an iPhone 5 that I got just under a year ago. The power button does not work at all.
My mom is taking it to the apple store tomorrow and I would like to know if they will replace it or fix it? I would rather them fix it then replace it because of all my pictures and contacts. (My phone is under warranty and my plan has not expired)
If they replace it what would they replace it with? ( guesses )
If they replaced it they would probably replace it with another iPhone 5. If you don't want your photos and contacts gone tell your mom that. I doubt they will erase anything on the phone, so don't worry too much about it.
Back it up to iCloud or computer with iTunes incase they do replace the whole phone.
- Will they replace my iPhone again? I this my replacement iPhone I got from the apple store about 5-7 weeks ago and have noticed it has a dent by the corner where the edge and metal band is. I have insure too, apple care. Could they replace it?

- Will they replace IPhone 5c after week? Just got the IPhone 5c less than a week ago and the screen cracked. Will they replace for free after less than a week?
- If I take my iphone to the apple store will they replace it? The lock button on my iphone is broken & doesn't work, So if I take it the the apple store will they replace it since i have warranty? Would I have to pay anything?
