Will this fit as a large letter or packet? Royal mail?

Hi, i was recently abroad and saw these cheap, thought i could make a bit of money so bought 20 of them, however my concern is postage, i mean to send a large letter is about 80 pence but to send a small packet is £2.70, is this item (a usb car charger) will it fit as a large letter? I have linked one below to give you an example. And if it classes as a small packet how can they afford to sell it for £1.69. I mean postage alone even with sending 50 packes a day only gets reduced to £2.20

Postage for this sort of item will fit into a small letter classification as it won't weigh more than 100g, therefore it would cost the same as sending a letter to anyone within UK. I believe 1st class stamp cost £0.60 and 2nd class £0.50 respectively.

However if you intend to sell lots of mail order products online, then i suggest you look into registering for a royal mail PPI(printed postage impression) account where you'll receive about 5% - 20% off normal postage cost. Good for businesses to save on postage cost.
