Will this iPhone 4 case fit a 4s?
I want to buy this iPhone case but i'm not sure if it'll fit a 4s

Yes, an. IPhone 4 & 4S are technically the same phone, except the iPhone 4S has minor improvements.
I can't see exactly what case you're talking about since the link only takes me to the main page but there's one thing to watch out for if you want to use a case designed for a 4 for a 4S. The mute switch above the volume buttons on the side are a bit lower on the 4S so if they made the cut outs very precise on the 4 case, it might cover about half the switch on the 4S. You would still be able to use it, it'd just be wedged under the case material sort of. It can be kind of annoying for some but if you don't mind it puffing out a bit then that's all you really need to worry about. Hope this helped!

- Will the iPhone 5 case fit the iPod touch 5 case? I'm looking for a iPod touch 5th generation clear case. I'm wondering if a iPhone 5 case will fit it. I do not want a regular case! I want a CLEAR case. Because (as you may know) the iPod touch 5th generation has a preset color on the back.

They seem the same, other than the side buttons are a little bit lower.
