Will Verizon replace my iPhone because it is broken with the Samsung Galaxy S3?
So my iPhone 5 is broken and I'm tired of Apple because I have had so many issues with the iPhone in the past and I want a different phone. I like the Galaxy S3 and I was wondering if Verizon would do a swap with the phones. I really need some responses please, and thank you very much.
How would we know? Just contact Verizon and find out for certain.
If your phone is under warranty, they will replace it with another iphone. However, if it isn't, then you can probably upgrade to the GSIII, but they may charge you for it. Call Verizon and find out.
Sorry to tell you no they will not. Insurance for the iPhone goes through apple thus apple will replace it… Insurance for the S3 goes through Assurion they would replace it with the same phone you have.(Assurion does not cover the iPhone unless you are with ATT and even then you can't trade) your best bet is to have apple replace your iPhone and put an add on craigslist for someone to trade you.
