Will you get additional charges for using iPhone hotspot?

I was looking around threw my settings on my iPhone today and I saw hotspot. So I looked at it and figured it out and everything but my question is if you use the hotspot will you get additional charges? Even if you don't go over your monthy data limit?

It depends on your cell phone provider, but mostly not IF you are on a unlimited internet surfing plan(postpaid user) or daily/weekly/monthly surfing promos(prepaid users). But if you're just on a regular cell phone load it will charge you the same.

But to make sure, just call your cell phone provider customer service.

Some companies require you to pay a monthly fee to use the hotspot service. I would inquire ahead of time so as to not receive any surprises.

A hotspot is through your carrier. So you wouild pay for that service through your carrier and it goes through your cellular data. So you can use a hotspot withought additional charge but it works off of your cellular data so don't use it too much.
