Will your text not send if the other person does not have good signal?

I've been texting this kid for a while now and all of a sudden my texts aren't going through? I have an iPhone and they just keep saying message faild to send. Will your text not send if the other person does not have good signal? Or did he block me?

I'm pretty sure the iPhone is the problem. The message is too long, and you've run out of RAM. It's one of many shortcomings of iPhones, they have limited RAM, and this brings about a host of problems that Apple fanboys like to ignore.
If he has no signal, the message will still sent, but it won't actually reach him until he gets a signal again. It will just sit in between you two's wireless carriers somewhere. (Probably being looked over by the NSA, lol.) If he blocked you, the message will still "send" he just won't get it.
Solution: send him a text that is one or two words long. If that works, split your long messages up into shorter ones.
