Wireless Intetnet Won't Connect?

The router and modem appear to be working well. The Xbox is hooked up to the router by Ethernet cable and the Internet works fine but all the laptops and IPhones which usually connect wireless won't connect. Our network pops up and connects once in awhile for a few seconds but other than that it won't show up at all. Any suggestions? Or do we just need to invest in a new router?

Be sure that you have switched on the wireless button on your router also restart the router.

Check the antenna if possible of the router/access point.

How far away are your devices from the router/access point? What materials are between the devices and the access point? Concrete, Metal, etc?

Also check for interference from other wireless devices like bluetooth headsets, cordless phones, etc.

Your router/access point might have an incorrect setting also. I would recommend downloading some applications to your wireless devices that scan for wireless networks and shows their signal strengths to help identify any issues.
