With 3 can I cancel my contract?
Two days ago I took out a 24mth contract with 3 for an iPhone 4s but have just found out that the iPhone 5 is due for release in a couple of weeks can I cancel my contract and take out a new one for the phone 5!
Contact them and inform them that you wish to upgrade to the iPhone 5. Say they should have
made you aware that the newest one was about to be launched and you are not satisfied with
the soon to be outdated iPhone 4.
Cancellation terms are clearly listed in your contract.

There's always a 7 day cooling off period on contracts in the uk.take back everything you got and tell them you have changed your mind.
