Work iphone and employer monitoring?
I have a work iphone that I use for personal yahoo email at home using my home Wi-Fi. Will the company be able to track the specific contents of my email? I'm worried as I have been emailing clients, accounts, etc. On this iphone.
Its there phone so yes they can install and monitor anything on it. The rule to remember is that anything you use that is owned by them is subject to monitoring. Where I work, they randomly read your emails.
It's possible, so you should assume that they are. Plus, you know the NSA is monitoring it too.
- Will my employer get my personal info? My employer just set up an IMAP account and I have an email address in it. My question is if he can get all the info on my Iphone since it's setup on it. He used to be in the communications business so I'm worried he put a software on my account to see my info. All help is appreciated.
- What is the NSA Civilian Monitoring Monitoring System? On my iPhone, I go to settings, then Wi-Fi. When I look at the selections, I see all my options including my own in-home Wi-Fi service. One the options is: "NSA Civilian Monitoring Monitoring System" which is locked. What the heck is this?
- What is a good mobile monitoring software to put on my kids iphone? Iphone 5 My kids have their phone under their mothers plan therefore I do not have access to the account. I would like something that includes call monitoring and remote microphone.
- Can my employer track where have I been during the day iPhone? My company gave me an iPhone, I have to visit multiple locations during the day (with my own car and my gas) I'm curious if my employer can actually track from distance which places I visited. By the way I don't plan on cheating! I'm actually very responsible and have to get signatures at the places anyway. One co worker suggested that tracking us was the reason why they changed our phones to iPhones. They are usually so cheap with the employees.
