Would apple replace my iPhone 5? - 1
So I've had my iPhone 5 for about 7 months and I bought apple care for it. Over the time I've had it the phone has picked up some light dings on the side edges where the aluminum trim is. The problem is that these dings have loosened up glass and metal in the form of tiny little jagged specks of glass and metal dust, so I can't use the iPhone as is without a case or gloves, because the dust penetrates my hands and hurts them as well as making them feel the pins and needles for a few days.
I don't want to use a case for it as that sort of defeats the purpose for me as the beauty of the phone would be wasted underneath a case.
Would apple give me a new iPhone 5? This is a safety hazard for me.
To put it simply the edges of the phone are leaving nano shards of glass and metal in my hands when I grip it without a case or gloves.
Bribe them with mustard!
