Would I Be Considered a Hipster?
Everyone calls me a hipster but I don't think I'm. I don't really care about being labeled I just want to know if I'm. I'm a 15 year old girl. I wear boots all year round. Cowboy boots, combat boots, riding boots, etc. The only kind of jeans I own are skinny jeans. I especially like the colored ones. And corduroys too. I usually wear those with plain v necks, denim shirts, plaid shirts, or long sleeve shirts underneath my denim vests. I really love scarfs and beanies. I also wear a lot of jewelry. Most of my jewelry is thrifted and is pearls. As far as music goes I don't really listen to pop music. And I hate really mainstream songs. The artists that I do like when they have a mainstream song I usually don't listen to it. MGMT, The Fray, Mumford and Sons, Coldplay, The Black Keys, and The Lumineers are the only 6 artists I have on my iPhone. My hair is brown, a little past shoulder length, with layers and bangs. I usually wear it curly. I also have glasses that are actually prescription glasses they look like this:

- Would this be considered a breach of intellectual property? If an iPhone repair company registered the domain "iChipped.com", while another iPhone repair company operating in the same geographic area already used the domain "iCracked.com" Aren't the words chipped and cracked used interchangeably?

- Why do fandom blogs hate hipster blogs? On tumblr, I've noticed like all the fandom blogs seem to be in agreement that the 'hipster' blogs are some sort of massive amalgamation of shoes and iPhones and overly deep pseudo intellectual text that's really meaningless, and I wonder why? Sure, those things do crop up every once and a while, but not often, and why bother with the hate? I mean, 'hipster' blogs largely just leave you alone and don't bother anyone. Can someone fandom-y tell me why this is?
