Would it be cold in this while driving in the winter?

Not if your vehicle has a heater.
Any vehicle with a soft top, be it a jeep or a convertible is not going to hold the heat in as well as a vehicle with a metal roof and glass, rather then plastic, windows. No matter how good your heater is, this will be a cold ride in the dead of winter.
In looking at the vehicle listing and the price, I could not help but notice the mileage on that jeep. With 156K miles It is extremely overpriced, even at the $12,999 price that is listed. Have it checked out by your own mechanic and if it is in great shape, I would not want to pay anymore (as a retail buyer) than $10,000 for that vehicle, and that is actually high.
I have a 2000 Wrangler with the soft top and the heater will drive you out on a cold day. Being too cold will not be a problem.
- Winter gloves for texting and typing? I work nights and have to use a keyboard all the time. I also have an iPhone. I want to buy a pair of gloves in Delhi which I won't have to take off every time I use my phone or the keyboard. I apologize if I chose a wrong category
- Is talking on your cell phone (not texting) while driving against the law? I have a head set with a speaker that covers only one ear. I can hear everything else with my other ear while using my cell phone (not Iphone). Is this legal?
