Would my information on my iphone 4s be transferred to my iphone 5 if I do this?
My iphone 4s cracked, its still working but I'm getting an iphone 5 soon. My iphone 4s is jailbroken. If I back up my iPhone 4s on my computer, will it be saved as jailbroken or not? And can I restore my iphone 5 with the back up (iphone 4s info)?

The jailbreak will be gone. When you back up a device it only backs up content and settings, not the OS.
When you restore, the iphone 5 won't be jailbroken but the back up with restore things like contacts, maybe messages, and maybe apps.
It will no longer be jailbroken and there's a chance it may not backup to your computer correctly because of the jailbreak. If it does backup the jailbreak won't be saved, only files will be. If it does backup though you can transfer your phone files to the iPhone 5 by connecting to iTunes then clicking restore from backup and choosing the iPhone 4s backup file you did. Also the iPhone 5 is no longer for sale unless you get to a phone store or Apple store that has them before the 20th. They announced the iPhone 5C(cheaper version of iPhone 5 in multiple colors) that'll be $99 for 16GB and $199 for 32GB in green, yellow, pink, white, and blue. Then the iPhone 5S next high end phone replacing the iPhone 5. Which has better camera, display, fingerprint scanner in home button, iOS 7, a lot better battery life, and a lot faster of phone. In the colors gold, silver, and Space Grey. Sold for the average 16GB $199, 32GB $299, and 64 GB $399.So they'll only have iPhone 4s, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S in stores as of September 20th.
