Would turning off my siri in iphone 4s increase my phone bill?
My siri turns on by itself and its really annoying. So i just disabled it. Would it increase my phone bill?
No.
Turning off Siri will not increase your bill.
Only way I could imagine Siri turning itself on is if you have the raise to head option enabled for it. Check your Settings for it to see if this is the case.
Why would turning off Siri increase a phone bill?

I turned off siri and voice controll will turn on instead. I have had my iphone 5 for 6 months and haven't had any problems until now. Aside from scratches on the outside edges, there are no structural problems and I haven't dropped the phone at all.
