Would Verizon replace my iPhone 5?
I got my phone the end of February 2013. I have never dropped it and it doesn't have any water damage. A couple weeks ago, i noticed that the bottom volume button quit working, even when i turn the AssistiveTouch on, the volume still won't go down. It only works when i have the headphones with volume control. But that wasn't that big a deal. Until i noticed that now the lock button rarely working. It's starting to become really annoying! So i was wondering if Verzion (That's where i bought it) would replace it without having to send it in? I do have insurance through Verizon but i don't want to have to be without a phone, but i think that there's a 1 year warrenty? Btw, i can't go to an Apple Store because the closest one is about two hours away.
Call Verizon and tell them about it (1-800-922-0204), they'll go through some steps with you and if your phone is indeed messed up, they'll send you another iPhone 5 in the mail and it will come the next day (except the weekend of course). Once the new iPhone comes in, you'll package up the your messed up one and put it in the mailbox.So, you won't be without a phone and you'll still get the new phone you need.

There isn't an apple store in libya and my warranty ends on august 19, 2013 but i'm coming back on september 2, 2013. Do you think they would make an exception for my case.
