Would you be in favor of upgrading to a newer cell phone?
Thinking about getting the new IPhone XS! But it's 1,000 bucks a phone!
No I wouldn't, I would be happy with a basic pay as you go phone which I buy from local supermarket costing around $20

I have absolutely no use for a phone that costs 1000, I've had the same phone for years now, it's falling apart and i need to replace it, but no chance i'm spending that much on a phone, there's no need to.
I've still got a Samsung S3, which I bought second hand and had it for nearly 5 years now.
I just bought a Jitterbug Smartphone (Android) for $121.00. It's great and well worth the upgrade.
How old is the phone that you're using. I would upgrade if it's a 6s or older. I think a 7 is perfectly good for this generation.
I usually wait until something is proven and affordable. I'm going to squeeze every bit of usefulness out of my 5s, maybe even replace the battery, before moving up.

Why does what complete strangers plan to do have any bearing upon whether you buy an XS or not?
The facial recognition is still slow, clunky, and awkward. You could instead get one of the remaining iPhone 8 Plus models at a good discount and get almost everything the X had but with a larger screen and an unlocking method which is more secure, faster, and dependable.
Why should I pay $1000 for a phone that cost maybe 150 to make it's no wonder apple are worth a trillion bucks
- Upgrading to a newer iPhone? Is it worth it? I'm currently using my iPhone 6 that I've had for about close to maybe 3 years now and have been thinking of upgrading to the 8. But, I want to know. Is it really worth it to upgrade to the 8 or stay with what I have. I currently have no issues with my iPhone other than it sometimes dies fairly quickly. But what should I do?
- How do you activate a cell phone that you get in the mail? I ordered an iphone that says its for at&t. I already have an at&t plan. Do I have to bring my phone to the at&t store or can I just switch the sim card out myself?

- Can you updated the parts inside a later model of iPhone with newer model parts? Or are the parts strictly meant for the phone that you have? I prefer the older model of my iPhone 6, but since apple is always updating its software the older model phones get outdated. So if I were to order lets say some iPhone 8 parts and switch them into my iPhone 6 would that improve my phone, or would it just not work due to iPhone 8 parts being strictly for an iPhone 8?
