Xperia z1, note3 or iphone 5s?

I'm going to get a new phone soon. Xperia z1, note3 and iphone 5s are my choices. Need to make the right decision since i rarely changes my phone. I prefer the phone with best display and camera.

Added (1). what i mean by display is the technology such as superamoled, ips display etc

I'd say Note 3, personally I like big screens, note 3 got a great 1080p display that is AMOLED, I got a Galaxy Nexus with AMOLED display and I can say that the colors are awesome, the blacks are 100% black.

I would say get the xperia for the resolution because it has tri-luminous display. But the note comes with neat features like air command. If you would prefere a smaller phone than these two, get the I phone. Also you should think about the price, note being most expensive. Hope I've been of f help and bye!
