YouTube won't work on my iPhone 5
Hey so my YouTube app has randomly stopped working I click on the app and the app opens and then says 'error whilst loading tap to retry' so I tap and happens. My Internet connection is fine and really fast so it can't be that also I updated the app just now and it's still doing it what could the problem be?
I think you should delete and re-download the app and it would work perfectly.
But as an advice i recommend you download google search and go to youtube on it cuz it browses faster.
I had exactly the same issue - the only way I could resolve it was to long press the app to delete it, then download and install it again from the app store - it only takes a few seconds and will be back working again without issue.
- YouTube won't work on my iPhone? I have an iPhone 4, and I've had it for like a year. Recently the YouTube app on my phone doesn't work. I open it and right on the front page it says "Error loading tap to retry." And no matter how many times I click it keeps saying that. YouTube works on the browser, but I like the app better haha. I have a normal iPhone 5 and I enjoy music but when I listen to my songs only one earbud will work while the other one is dead. I can go on my computer and they will both work so I was wondering why they both won't work on my phone?
