After ios 7.1.1 my iphone 5s crashed?

I'm a busy person and I really need my phone if anybody can help me fix it id be thankful! P.s it doesn't let me factory reset!

Call apple customer support @ 1-800-692-7753, and complain. That should not have happened. Tell them that you want a free replacement.

Very likely the quickest way to solve the problem will be to stop by one of your phone carrier's stores.
They should be able to fix the problem with a minimum of "fuss".
I'm sure you are not the first to have this particular problem so they will know exactly what needs to be done.

You may have a viris or a iso 7.1.1 has a bug i think its the bug as my iphone is acting funny

  • My Iphone four crashed mid update and now won't restart? I downloaded the latest update, and in the middle of it, my phone shuts off. Now, whenever I turn it on it just says plug into itunes, and I can't do anything else. It says I need to restore to original factory settings and lose all my data, which I Really don't want to do. Does anyone know if there's a way to solve this so I don't have to lose all my data? Yes I have apples site and they only have one thread about it for the recent crash and it is unanswered.
