That seems unlikely but there may be such a promotion but most places I looked at no longer have Artificially Priced phones and the one that did had a higher monthly price than the plan with making payments on the phone.

Doubt that, seeing as the 4s or 5 (neither of which are made anymore) are worth more than a 4.

You can but of course you need to pay certain amount and if you have iPhone you should have Leo Privacy Guard to secure your device.

IPhone 4, 4s and 5 are no longer offered by the phone services, or Apple, so you won't find any update/upgrade programs that involve them.

The newer iPhones have a program, but it isn't really free. It requires that you make payments as part of your monthly phone bill under a 24 month contract. After 12 payments they offer to take the phone in trade in for a new model and start a new 24 month contract. (how this can be called free is beyond me!)

At the moment, eBay shows 4s models from around $85 used to something over $100 for new/refurbished. The 5 is about double that amount.
