Take it apart place it in rice. An let the rice suck the water out of it.
Should keep it In For least 12-24 hours. Then see if it works. If not. My suggestion would be see if it is still under warranty an if is replace it. They should be able to send a new one. An or update your account an see if the phone is free an get a new one. If not best go on eBay or amazon or somewhere an see where you can get one cheap.
Take it to apple store so they can see how much damage was done (i.e. Water and electronics = bad, I would never use my iphone around water anywhere, not worth the risk)
