Best place to buy an iphone?

SO i'm looking for a new phone… And I figured an old iphone ( I don't care if used but in good condition ) but everywhere I go they cost like $200 and i only want to spend $100.Is there a website that only sells cell phones and has iphone 3g-3gs for under $100? Or a goophone for cheap?

EBay or Craigslist. Just make sure it's in good condition.
