Blocked iphone 5 by carrier?
Bought a iphone 5 on craigslist.turned out to be blocked by carrier since it was reported lost. Now after inserting my sim into the phone my phone line is suspended. Should i call the service provider and tell them the situation. The person i bought it from doesn't pick up my calls.am i gonna get into any trouble wat shud i do? Is there any way to unblock the phone?
Call the phone company what will probably happen is if it is stolen they will take the phone and give it back to the owner and the guy/girl that sold it to you will most likely get in trouble he will have to refund you back.

Brought a phone from guntree, its sealed, haven't opened it, can i check the imei number on checkmend.com to view the status of the phone even though its not activated yet via itunes. Don't want to open the phones seal incase its blocked, as alternatively i could sell it to my mate abroad.
