Bought a used iphone but it still has the old line connected to it? What can I do?
I bough a used iphone from this woman in my area but can't activate it because she still has a line connected to the phone. She isn't returning any of my calls. What can I do?
Options are very limited. Sadly it sounds as if you were ripped off. Phone is likely stolen or reported lost and not the woman's who you bought it from. Apple won't touch it, the carrier won't touch; they don't do drama and fear you might in possession of stolen merchandise. Right now it's nothing more than an iPod unless you can find the original owner and make an arrangement. Best luck.

Hi, The Problem is - i set up a wireless network today for my Iphone 5 and my blackberry, from my main desktop at home, and all went well and Both are connected to it, as well as my laptop. But now whenever i try using the internet on these devices ( iphone etc ) it does not work, although the main desktops internet is working… Can anyone help me? I'm using WINDOWS 7.
- Why do my contacts still show up on my iPhone 5, but not on line? I did not make any changes- but my contacts disappeared from Yahoo Mail when I'm on my computer - but do show up on my iphone. I can create the email on my iPhone, input the address, save draft, then open it on my computer to type the message. Clearly that is not convenient. What can i do? This is my primary email account- the addresses were created here.
- My iphone says i'm connected to Wi-Fi but when i try to run something it says i'm not connected? My phone shows signal, it has a check mark by the device but when i try to open an app it says can't find a connection.
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
