Buy iPhone 5 unlocked in US Apple Store?
I'm traveling to the states on the 22nd of september. I was wondering if it's possible to buy an iPhone 5 unlocked directly in the apple store. Just checked the Apple Webshop and it's possible to get a 4s without contract. So I think they also will sell the iPhone 5 unlocked.
Other question is the availability. The iPhone 5 will be shipped at the 21st of september so I guess at this date they also will have it in stores. Does anybody of you have any experience about it from prior iPhone releases? Do you think they will have it in stock for a few days?
You can buy one without a contract that doesn't mean it's unlocked apple don't sell unlocked phones or any products it probably will be hard to get for a week or 2 since its a newly designed iPhone unlike the 4 and 4s didn't have many differences
- Where is the best place to buy an iPhone 4s: the Verizon store or the Apple store? I don't have an upgrade until January but am looking to buy an iPhone soon. I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?
- Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?

(I'm not trying to do this, just to prove a point to somebody stupid that he won't get away with it. Lol)
