Can a blocked contact still call me or text me?
I have an iPhone and was wondering if my blocked contacts can still call me or text me
No… That's why it is called "BLOCKED"
Depending on how they are Blocked, when they call they will go to voice mail. They can still send you email, but not SMS. If you are using an I'm type app like Instagram or WhatsApp that is APP to APP, unless blocked in those apps, they still can send to those apps.
Of course if they call you from a different number, or are using a SPOOFING app that tricks Caller ID by allowing them to show any made up number or random number, to your Caller ID, they can still call or text you sing that. But most people are too lazy, to go to that extreme, most get the hint when you stop replying to their text or all their calls go straight to your voice mail and you never get back to them. The truly dense get restraining orders placed on them.

She got a new phone and months later that number called. Did she lie to me. She uses the same icloud account, the same phone number.
- Unknown caller a blocked contact? I have 3 of my contacts blocked on my iphone 4s i0s7 and when i first blocked the first 2 i kept reciving Unknown calls, Now today 4 weeks after blocking the third contact i receive a unknown call and when i pick up the phone line is dead then they hang up. Are these calls coming from the blocked contacts or just something else?
- Moving to Germany from USA to live for at least 3 years to study. How can I still use my phone to text/call/FT Americans while I'm there? Do I need to get a completely new phone? Plan? Phone number? I don't understand this process, as I have never gone through it before. I currently have an IPhone 7 and I use AT&T.
- If I send a message to a blocked contact will they still receive the message if I unblock them? I blocked the wrong number by mistake and I sent a message to it and like 4 hrs later since I got no response I noticed that I had the number blocked I unblocked it now will they receive the message I sent or would I have to send it again I have an iPhone
