Can a rebel sim fix my locked to sprint iPhone 5c?

I bought an iPhone 5c off eBay which is apparently locked to sprint, a carrier from the USA. I'm considering using a rebel card to solve this but I don't understand if it will work. It says 'incoming SMS only'- what does that mean?

No, it won't. The US has two competing cell phone standards, GSM and CDMA. Spring uses CDMA. It isn't "locked" like a GSM phone, the hardware only works with Sprint unless you completely re-write the firmware that controls it. This is called "flashing" the phone to another CDMA carrier. Not a GSM carrier.

You will have to find software in order to obtain a Sprint unlock code in order to use that sim on a GSM signal. This will cost a few bucks. Once unlocked you will be able to use the GSM settings and the sim card. Best luck.

The card produces Wi-Fi and automatically syncs the pictures I take on the camera to my iphone. I know other canon cameras with built-in Wi-Fi allow you to view what the lens sees from your smart phone, and use it as a hi-tech remote, where you can change the settings. I can't find anything in the instruction manual or internet. Someone please help! Am i able to do this with the eye-fi card? If so, how and what app?

I'm currently with cricket and my sim card reads as "SIM NOT SUPPORTED" is there any way to bypass this screen? Or a a sim adapter(if any on amazon) to use my cricket sim on the iphone and finally do the activation. And be able to access the homescreen

Ok so my aunt got me an iPhone from Canada but its sim locked and it says I need to insert a sim card for it to work. Now, what i wanna ask is, is it worth it to buy a Canon T3i Rebel, or should i just stick with my iphone? Is the difference worth it?
