Since Boost is a subsidiary of Sprint, I can't imagine why they'd care at all since they still get money in the end when the iPhone 5S is something they do support.
You can get the Sprint iPhone 5S flashed to Boost. Boost won't do it and you've to get it done from outside. If you need help with getting the phone flashed to Boost, mail me for references.
