Added (1). I live in Egypt I'm 16 and I have an American passport if that would help. My aunt is a flight attendant and i asked her if she could buy me an iphone 6 from America cheaper.
now I didn't do much research so is it going to be cheaper? By how much? Where could she buy it from?
and i heard about these contract prices but i don't understand what it is so can someone explain it to me xD.
and can i get it unlocked in Egypt or not? For how much?

Ebay is the way.
In the US you won't get any unlocked phone and therefore it doesn't make any sense to buy a cheaper phone (with a plan) in the USA while not living there as well.
Search online for unlocked mobiles.
May be if buying used which is not a good idea when you can't service it in another country.
But for new units the price for unlocked is the same in middle east as US. Perhaps even cheaper because you have to pay shipping and tax on the imported one from US.
On the other hand if you go with a locked cell-provider model you can't use it in Egypt (no reception) because they subsidize the price for their customers only.
