Can I download illegal music on an iPhone 5C?
I have thousands of songs (well not really, just hundreds) on my android phone and most of them were downloaded for free *cough* illegally *cough* and I was wondering if I switch to an iPhone 5C, will I be able to transfer all of my songs on my old phone to the 5C?
And will I be able to download illegal songs on my PC and transfer it to the iPhone 5C?
Added (1). No, I don't have an iTunes account and I probably won't get one. But would I be able to download illegal music from my usual sites on my PC then transfer it to the 5C?

Erm yes don't listen to these other clowns as long as you can get the.mp3 files onto your pc all you then have to do is drag them into itunes and it will add them no problem.

You can copy any mp3, regardless of where or how you got it, to an iphone. You will have to install itunes and create an account to get the iphone initialized. You will not have to use the account to buy anything but you must create one.
