Can I put any SIM card into an iPhone 6?

Anyway, I recently was sent a secondhand iPhone 6 by a cousin in another state. It was locked and in lost mode for some reason when it was given to me, but I had no problem restoring it to factory mode. When I did so, the only problem I have encountered so far is that the iPhone is asking for a SIM card. My cousin claims to have lost it, so I'm really just at a loss of what to do. I've found that is in fact a nano SIM card, but I want to ask for your advice on how to continue.
In lost mode eh? Almost certainly when you put a SIM card in, you will find that the IMEI (phone ID) had been blacklisted because the phose was reported stolen. You will not be able to get any cellular service.
- I broke my iPhone 5s and got an iPhone 4s. Can I put the SIM card from the 5s into the 4s? My iPhone 5s got wet and I fried it when I tried to turn it on so it is shot. I bought an iPhone 4s as a replacement and I was wondering if I can put the SIM card from the 5S into the 4S so I wouldn't lose contacts, messages, ect. Has anyone tried it? Will it work?
- Can you take an iPhone SIM card (sprint) and put it into another iPhone and it will work? My brother completely destroyed his phone. It's sprint. Can I buy an unlocked phone? Or do I have to buy a phone from sprint?
- Can you put a T-Mobile Android Sim card into an iphone? I have a mytouch 3g, but would like an iphone, yet I have contract with tmobile… I'd like to buy an iphone from ebay and, I'm wondering if I can just switch the mytouch simcard into the iphone… Is this at all possible?
- Can you put a cut sim card into the old sim card slots? I have an iphone 5 and my sim card is cut down to fit into it. I want to be able to use my sim in my old nokia brick phone as well though because i'm attending a heavy metal festival next week and don't want my expensive iphone to get wrecked in the mosh. Just wondering if its at all possible.
