Can i still sell my iphone 3gs?

I want to sell my iPhone 3gs BUT it got shut off because I couldn't pay the bill, because of money problems. It's been shut off for a couple of years, and I've just been using it for my music. But I was thinking about if I could sell it or not. Would I still be able to sell it if it hasn't been payed? Or no?

If its an ATT Iphone… Sure, people would snatch it up… GSM iphones on ATT and Tmobile are controled by the SIM, not the IMEI… All the iphone needs is another ATT sim card or to be jailbroken, hacked unlocked via cydia, and pop in a Tmobile or Straight Talk sim card… Walla… Working iphone 3gs… Like I said, poeple would snatch it up… Try Swappa.com to sell it without scamming

and since this is a 3GS, Its obviously not a Sprint or Verizon Iphone. They never got the 3GS… Or else I would say no cause CDMA carriers like them lock the ESN of the phone, making it non function on any CDMA carrier on EArth until the original holder (you) pays the bill down to $0.00 and it no longer has contractual obligations… So no on thoseCDMA iphones… And since CDMA and GSM don't mix, you can't put a CDMA iphone from these carriers on ATT or Tmobile… So… No there too… Just an FYI education.lmao!

personally, I would jailbreak it… Hack it via cydia unlock app… Go to swappa.com… And sell it for $200-$300… Cause its already jailbroken and unlocked and I want to be paid for my services.lmao!
