No, Sprint iPhones can't be unlocked for use on other domestic carriers. Sprint is currently the only carrier that does not unlock their devices, which thankfully will be fully illegal after February 2015 so Sprint will have to comply. However, do not wait till then and expect them to unlock your phone, because the unlocking will only apply to devices manufactured after Feb 2015.
