Can I transfer my data from my iPhone to my iPad?

I'm thinking about buying myself an iPad because they are bigger and better to have most of my data on. I have an iPod4 but the screen is cracked and it works so slow! I also have this app on my iPhone5 called Video Star. I have lots of videos saved on the app and I have spent a lot of money on that app too. I do have iCloud and I'm wondering that if I buy myself an iPad, will I be able to transfer all my data on Video Star onto my iPad? Also how? I'm afraid of losing the app because I have lots of important videos on it and I spent lots of money buying stuff on that app.

To transfer your iPhone apps to your iPad you have to…

1) Connect your iPhone to iTunes

2) Sync everything and do a backup

3) Connect your new iPad to iTunes as well

4) All your iPhone apps will transfer to iTunes automatically

5) Now all you need to do is to sync the apps from iTunes to the iPad. To do so you need to go the iPad menu on iTunes and go into the tabs bar. There you just press the sync button and it will sync all the apps on your iPad.

Not sure however whether all the videos/data on your application will be copied as well.
