Can i use another carrier for cdma iphone 4 if i jailbreak it?

So I have a Verizon 32GB cdma iPhone 4. I was wondering if it is possible to use another carrier like AT&T if I jailbreak it?

By calling 611(the AT&T wireless customer portal), it indicated to me that it's IMEI blocked. I'm using a GoPhone SIM card and was wondering if I could just use T-Mobile instead to use the phone. Edit: I was using an iphone 3G for about a year and then moved my card over to the 4s.
